Dynamic Cooling

DYNAMIC COOLING IS BASED ON:

  • On the continuous multi-point temperature control, both into freezer chamber and the heart of the stored nut.
  • On the continuous control of the mechanisms of refrigeration.
  • On the continuous control of gas levels (Carbon Dioxide – CO2, Ethylene – C2H4, & Oxygen – Ο2), within the freezer chamber and during operation on the basis of predefined adjustments.
